About the event
Your place on our September 2027 weekend reading retreat gives you a peaceful, relaxing place to read either the book of your choice or our recommended pick. Either way, enjoy the opportunity to engage with other readers, keep yourself to yourself, or a little bit of both!
In addition to reading, you can choose from other optional activities including a guided walk on Sunday afternoon.
The retreat runs from Friday to Monday (3 nights) and your accommodation will be in one of our spacious, ensuite bedrooms with TV, WiFi, and toiletries. You will have access to our lounge reading spaces and our extensive garden and grounds where you might discover your own secret hideaway.

2nd Person Supplement - £225
Payment of this supplement of £225, including VAT, covers the cost of a second person sharing your room, full board, with full access to the retreat activities, for all three nights of the retreat. This can only be booked alongside a room booking of a standard or superior room.
